Cloudy skies, rains seen in parts of Philippines, says PAGASA
The shear line continues to affect the northern section of Northern Luzon, PAGASA said in its daily weather forecast on Friday.
Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced in Eastern Visayas and Caraga because of the trough of an LPA, and in Batanes and Cagayan including Babuyan Islands due to the Shear Line.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms because of localized thunderstorms.
Possible flash floods or landslides may occur as a result of said weather conditions.
Meanwhile, Northern Luzon is forecast to have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters, while light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas will be experienced over the rest of the country.
The sun will rise at 5:52 a.m. on Friday. —Jiselle Casucian/NB, GMA Integrated News
