PAGASA: LPA spotted in coastal waters of Isabela
A low-pressure area has been spotted over the coastal waters of Dinapigue, Isabela while the shear line is affecting the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon.
The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan is affecting the rest of Northern and Central Luzon.
According to PAGASA’s 24-hour weather forecast posted at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quirino, Bulacan, Oriental Mindoro, and Marinduque will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms because of the LPA and Shear Line.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Cagayan Valley, and the rest of Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with rains due to the Northeast Monsoon, while the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms as because of localized thunderstorms.
Possible flash floods and landslides may occur as a result of said weather conditions.
Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters while the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
