Trough of LPA, Amihan affect parts of PH

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) is affecting Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central Luzon, according to the state weather bureau PAGASA on Saturday afternoon.

Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains because of the Northeast Monsoon.

The trough of a low pressure area along with localized thunderstorms will affect Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Northern Luzon will experience both moderate winds and coastal waters.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters are forecast for the rest of the country.
