Northeasterly surface windflow to affect parts of PH

The northeasterly surface windflow will affect several parts of the country, according to PAGASA's weather forecast issued on Saturday afternoon.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail in Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, and Abra.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the trough of the low pressure area.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters are forecast for the entire archipelago. —VBL, GMA Integrated News
