As of 3 p.m., the state weather bureau said, Mindanao, the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and Central Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the trough of the LPA.

Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains is expected.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the trough of LPA and localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA also warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
