Cloudy skies, rain showers to prevail across PH
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, PAGASA said in its 24-hour forecast issued on Saturday afternoon.
PAGASA attributed the weather conditions to the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and localized thunderstorms.

At 3 p.m., the tropical cyclone was spotted 3,045 kilometers east of Visayas. It has maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour and gustiness of 70 km/h, moving southwestward at 10 km/h.
The whole country will experience light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
