Jenny was last seen 330 kilometers west northwest of Itbayat, Batanes and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility, with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph and gustiness of up to 160 kph.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal 1 remain over the following areas:

  • Northwestern portion of mainland Cagayan (Claveria, Santa Praxedes, Sanchez-Mira, Pamplona)
  • The northern portion of Ilocos Norte (Pagudpud, Adams, Dumalneg, Bangui, Burgos, Pasuquin, Vintar)

Winds of 39 kph to 61 kph and intermittent rains may be expected within 36 hours.

While the typhoon’s effects on the Southwest Monsoon has weakened, the western section may still experience some showers and gusty conditions over western Luzon within the next 3 days.
