LPA off Central Luzon now Tropical Depression Jenny

A low pressure area located east of Central Luzon has developed into a tropical depression, state weather bureau PAGASA said Friday.

PAGASA said the LPA entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at 2 p.m. and was given the local name Jenny.
