Habagat affects Southern Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao
The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to affect the western sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, the state weather bureau PAGASA said on Friday.
In its forecast issued at 4 p.m., PAGASA said Zambales, Bataan, Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, Western Visayas, and the Zamboanga Peninsula would experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail in Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Flash floods and landslides are possible due to inclement weather.
The whole country will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
