Habagat affects Northern, Central Luzon

The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to affect the western sections of Northern and Central Luzon, according to PAGASA’s daily weather report on Saturday.

Based on PAGASA's 4 p.m. bulletin, Metro Manila and the rest of the country are forecast to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon and localized thunderstorms. 

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The whole country will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
