Habagat to spur rains over parts of Luzon

The Southwest Monsoon or habagat will continue to affect the western section of Northern and Central Luzon, according to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast.

The state weather bureau said the country will be experiencing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon and localized thunderstorms.

The weather situation may result in possible flooding or landslides in some areas.

The Philippines is forecast to have light to moderate winds blowing south to southwest with slight to moderate coastal waters.
