ITCZ to bring rain over Palawan, parts of Mindanao

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring cloudy skies and rain showers over Palawan and Mindanao on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.
BARMM, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ with the possibility of flash floods or landslides occurring in these areas due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the ITCZ and localized thunderstorms. The weather bureau warned that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for Luzon and Visayas is light to moderate moving in the southeast to southwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the west to southwest while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
