ITCZ, localized thunderstorms to affect country

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and localized thunderstorms will prevail across the country, PAGASA said Saturday.
 
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the ITCZ and localized thunderstorms, the state weather bureau said in its 4 p.m. forecast.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
 
The whole country will experience light to moderate winds, while coastal water conditions will be slight to moderate.
