Low pressure area, Amihan to continue bringing rains over Luzon
The low-pressure area (LPA) and the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will continue to cause rains across the country, according to the weather bureau PAGASA.
In its 4 p.m. forecast, PAGASA said cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced in Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan due to the LPA.
The Amihan, meanwhile, will bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Aurora, and the rest of MIMAROPA and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
PAGASA warned the public against possible flash floods and landslides in the affected areas due to the rainfall.
Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough waters will continue to prevail in the country, the weather bureau added.
Sunset will be at 5:40 p.m. The sun will rise over Metro Manila on Thursday at 6:22 a.m. —NB, GMA Integrated News
