By JOAHNA LEI CASILAO, GMA News
The southwest monsoon or Habagat is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the Ilocos Region, according to PAGASA on Tuesday.
In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency warned against possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rain.
Habagat and localized thunderstorms may also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over the rest of the country.
Flash floods and landslides are also possible due to severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the PAGASA synoptic station at the Science Garden, Diliman, Quezon City recorded a minimum temperature of 26.7°C at 5:30 a.m. and a maximum temperature of 32°C at 1:50 p.m. — DVM, GMA News
