Frontal System to bring rainshowers over the Visayas, Mindanao
The tail-end of a frontal system would bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the Visayas and Mindanao, PAGASA said on Tuesday.
In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency warned affected residents of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with, at times, heavy rain.
Meanwhile, cloudy skies with light rain may prevail over the Cagayan Valley, the Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon due to the northeast monsoon.
The monsoon would also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rain over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
Despite this, PAGASA said the monsoon had no significant impact on the affected areas.
