PAGASA said the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) is affecting the entire country on Sunday and is expected to bring chilly weather.
The monsoon is also expected to bring rains on Sunday over Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Northern Mindanao, light rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora and Quezon, and isolated rains over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Meanwhile, the possibility of having tropical cyclones remains low in February due to the cold weather, Clauren said.
