Amihan to bring isolated light rains over Cagayan Valley, Ilocos, CAR

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) currently affecting the country will bring light rains over parts of Luzon.

The monsoon will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Cagayan Valley, the Ilocos Region and Cordillera Administrative Region.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country meanwhile will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section. This is due to the easterlies.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Coastal waters will be moderate to rough in Northern Luzon, and slight to moderate in the rest of the country.
