Yellow rainfall warning up over Tarlac, Pampanga, Zambales, Bataan, Bulacan

PAGASA on Thursday afternoon raised a yellow rainfall warning over Tarlac, Pampanga, Zambales, Bataan and Bulacan due to Typhoon Ulysses.

In its 5 p.m. advisory, the weather bureau said under yellow rainfall warning, flooding may occur in flood-prone areas.

PAGASA also said light to moderate rains will affect Metro Manila, Rizal, Nueva Ecija, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Quezon which may persist within three hours.

PAGASA advised the public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned to take the necessary precautions, monitor the weather condition and await the 8 p.m. advisory on Thursday. — Ma. Angelica Garcia/BM, GMA News
