Yellow rainfall warning up over several areas in Luzon due to Ulysses
PAGASA on Thursday afternoon raised the yellow rainfall warning over Metro Manila, Tarlac, Pampanga, Zambales, Bataan, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Rizal due to heavy rains brought by Typhoon Ulysses.
In its 2 p.m. advisory, PAGASA said under yellow rainfall warning, flooding may occur in flood-prone areas.
The weather bureau also said light to moderate with occasional heavy rains will affect Nueva Ecija and Quezon which may persist within three hours.

The weather bureau also placed Batangas and several other areas in Quezon under yellow rainfall warning.
PAGASA advised the public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned to take the necessary precautions, monitor the weather condition and await the 5 p.m. advisory on Thursday. -MDM, GMA News
