Cloudy skies, scattered rains to Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Western Visayas, MIMAROPA due to ITCZ
The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao on Saturday, PAGASA reported.
Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Western Visayas, and MIMAROPA will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ with the possibility of flash floods or landslides to occur during moderate to at times heavy rainshowers.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. The weather bureau adds that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Luzon wind speed will be light to moderate moving southeastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
For the rest of the country, wind speed will be light to moderate moving in the southeast to south direction while coastal waters remain slight to moderate.
The sunrise on Saturday will be at 5:32 a.m. while the sun will set by 6:30 p.m. -- BAP, GMA News
