Cloudy skies, isolated rains in most of the Philippines due to the easterlies

The easterlies will be affecting the eastern section of the country on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies.

The weather bureau warns that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The forecast wind speed for the whole archipelago is light to moderate moving eastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. -- BAP GMA News
