Northeasterlies, easterlies to bring cloudy skies over the Philippines
The northeasterly surface wind flow and easterlies, warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean, are forecast to bring cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the Philippines within the next 24 hours, PAGASA said Sunday afternoon.
In its 4 p.m. bulletin, the state weather bureau said the northeasterlies are affecting the extreme Northern Luzon while the easterlies are affecting Visayas and Mindanao.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains were forecast over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms should be expected over Visayas and Mindanao.
PAGASA added that they are not monitoring any cyclone or low pressure area within and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. — Julia Mari Ornedo/BM, GMA News
