Cloudy skies, scattered rains in Bicol region, Aurora, Quezon due to northeast monsoon
The Bicol Region, the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rains due to northeast monsoon, which will be affecting Luzon on Friday, with possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered moderate to at times heavy rains.
The PAGASA also reported that Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to the northeast monsoon.
Eastern Visayas, meanwhile, will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies as possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstoms.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies as flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstoms.
The forecast wind speed for the entire country is moderate to strong moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will remain moderate to rough. — BAP, GMA News
