Southwest Monsoon affects western portion of Northern, Central Luzon
The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to affect the western portion of Northern and Central Luzon on Monday, bringing cloudy skies with some rain, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.
Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
The rest of Luzon, as well as Visayas and Mindanao, will have fair weather with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated brief rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA is monitoring two low pressure areas. One located east of the country is still outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. It has a low chance of becoming a tropical depression but its trough or extension will bring clouds to the eastern part of the country on Tuesday.
The other low pressure area located north of the country has a low chance of becoming a tropical depression. It has no significant effect on the country.

- Puerto Princesa: 24ºC-32ºC
- Iloilo/Bacolod: 25ºC-33ºC
- Metro Cebu: 25ºC-33ºC
- Tacloban: 26ºC-32ºC
- Cagayan de Oro: 23ºC-32ºC
- Valencia: 20ºC-29ºC
- Metro Davao: 24ºC-33ºC
- Zamboanga: 24ºC-33ºC
