Monsoon rains expected in Bataan, Pangasinan, Zambales —PAGASA

The Southwest Monsoon or Habagat is expected to bring rains to Bataan, Pangasinan, and Zambales until Wednesday, according to PAGASA.

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms may also be experienced in Metro Manila, Mimaropa, Calabarzon, Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Ilocos region and the rest of Central Luzon.

The rest of the country may have isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, a gale warning was raised by PAGASA in the waters off Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan,  Western Coast of Ilocos Norte, Bataan, and Zambales.

Fisherfolk and those with small seacrafts were advised not to venture out to these areas as rough waves are expected, according to the state weather bureau. —Dona Magsino/LDF, GMA News
