Tropical Depression Falcon to bring scattered rainshowers in Bicol, Eastern Visayas
The low pressure area being monitored by PAGASA turned into Tropical Depression Falcon on Monday.
At 2:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar has developed into Tropical Depression #FalconPH. Severe Weather Bulletin-Alert will be issued at 5AM.

Falcon's trough will bring cloudy skies, scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the Bicol region and Eastern Visayas.
Flash floods or landslides are possible.
At 3 a.m., Falcon was located 1,015 kilometers east of Virac, Catanduanes.
It has maximum sustained winds of 45 kph near the center and gustiness of 60 kph.
Falcon is moving north northwest at 20 kph.
According to a report by GMA resident meteorologist Nathaniel "Mang Tani" Cruz on GMA News' Unang Balita on Monday, there is a possibility for Falcon to intensify into a tropical storm or typhoon around Wednesday as it gets nearer to Northern Luzon.
Meanwhile, Falcon is also drawing in the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) which will bring cloudy skies, scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Mindanao, and the rest of Visayas.
PAGASA said landslides or flash floods may occur.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Flash floods may possibly occur.
Coastal waters will be moderate to rough in the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao.
For the rest of the country, though, coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
