LPA to bring rainshowers in most of Mindanao
A Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 260 kilometers north northwest of Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast on Saturday.
Palawan, western Visayas, CARAGA, Davao region, northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
The weather bureau warns that flash floods and landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
The forecast wind speed for Luzon is light to moderate moving southwest while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
The Visayas and Mindanao forecast wind speed will be light and moderate moving south to southwest while coastal condition is slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
