Cloudy with scattered rains in Mindanao due to ITCZ
The Intertropical Convergence Zone will be affecting Mindanao on Saturday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
With this weather system, Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorms.
Landslides and flash floods are possible during severe thunderstorms, the weather bureau warned.
The forecast wind speed in northern and central Luzon is light to moderate moving east to southeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
For the rest of the country, forecast wind speed will be light to moderate moving southeast to east while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
