ITCZ to affect entire Mindanao, says PAGASA

An Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao on Tuesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

SOCCSKASARGEN, BARMM, Zamboanga Peninsula, western Visayas, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have parly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorms.

The weather bureau warns that flash floods and landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The forecast wind speed for the entire country is light to moderate moving east to southeast while coastal water conditions will be slight to moderate.
