Cloudy skies with some rains forecast on Wednesday
It will be mostly cloudy in the country on Wednesday, but PAGASA said some rains will pour over Cagayan Valley, Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies but a frontal system, or the boundary separating two air masses, will send scattered rains and thunderstorms in the area.
Flash floods and landslides may be possible during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies but localized thunderstorms will cause isolated rain showers.

Coastal waters in Northern Luzon and the rest of the country will be slight to moderate.
As of 8 p.m. Tuesday, the minimum temperature recorded was 25.1 degrees Celsius at 7:48 p.m., while the maximum temperature was felt at 1:50 p.m. at 33.6 degrees Celsius.
