Partly cloudy skies, isolated rains expected in most of PHL


The ridge of the High Pressure Area (HPA) will be affecting the eastern section of Luzon on Wednesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

The weather bureau warns that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Wind speed forecast for Luzon and the Visayas is light to moderate moving southeast to southwest while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

In Mindanao, the wind speed forecast is also light to moderate but moving east to southeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Sunrise will be at 5:29 a.m. while sunset will be at 6:17 p.m. — BAP, GMA News
