Isolated showers expected over the Eastern Visayas, Caraga Regions
The Eastern Visayas and Caraga Regions could expect partly cloudy to cloudy conditions accompanied with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies, weather service PAGASA reported in a Monday morning forecast.
The easterlies would also be responsible for the partly cloudy to cloudy conditions over the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao.
Meanwhile, Luzon would be under the influence of a high-pressure area ridge, and could expect partly cloudy conditions.
Winds over extreme northern Luzon would be moderate to occasionally strong from the northwest to southwest, with moderate to occasionally rough surrounding sea conditions.
Over the the rest of northern Luzon, winds would be light to moderate from the southeast to southwest, with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Finally, winds over the the rest of the country would be light to moderate from the east to northeast with slight to moderate coastal waters. — DVM, GMA News
