Light to heavy rain expected over the Eastern, Central Visayas
The Eastern and Central Visayas would experience cloudy conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to a tail-end of a cold front, weather service PAGASA reported in a Monday morning forecast.
The northeast monsoon would meanwhile bring cloudy conditions with scattered rain over Aurora and Quezon; and the Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative, and Bicol Regions.
The rest Luzon would be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rains, also because of the northeast monsoon.
Mindanao and rest of Visayas would be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers.
Winds would be strong to gale force from the northeast over the eastern sections Luzon and the Visayas, were coastal waters would be from rough to very rough.
Over the rest of Luzon and the Visayas, and also over the eastern section of Mindanao, winds would be moderate to strong from the northeast with moderate to rough seas.
Finally, winds over the rest of Mindanao would be light to moderate from the northeast with slight to moderate coastal conditions. — DVM, GMA News
