Scattered rainshowers over most of eastern PHL

The easterlies will be affecting the eastern section of the country on Thursday, the PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Cagayan Valley, Bicol region, Caraga, Davao region and the provinces of Aurora, Quezon, Mindoro and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers mostly over the eastern section due to localized thunderstorms.

Coastal water conditions in northern and eastern section of Luzon and the eastern section of the Visayas and Mindanao will be moderate to occasionally rough while the rest of the country will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
