ITCZ spotted in Mindanao

An Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao on Friday, according to the early morning forecast of PAGASA.

The regions of Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Caraga and Davao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds coming from the Southeast to South will prevail over Luzon and from the East to Southeast over the rest of the country.

The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
