LPA spotted over Batanes

A Low Pressure Area (LPA) was located at 415 kilometers east northeast of Basco town in Batanes by PAGASA at 3 a.m. on Thursday.

Cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms is expected over Caraga region.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds coming from the Southeast to South will prevail over Luzon and from the East to Southeast over the rest of the country.

The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
