ITCZ remains over Southern Mindanao

An Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) continues to affect Southern Mindanao on Friday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Palawan, Zamboanga Peninsula, Negros Island, and Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds coming from the southwest to south will prevail over Palawan and from the southeast to south over the rest of the country.

The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
