Overcast weather over most of PHL

Northern Luzon is still affected by a frontal system, PAGASA said on Thursday through an early morning forecast.

Wit this, the regions of Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera,  and Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thundestorms.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Southeast will prevail over Mindanao and coming from the South to Southeast over the rest of country.

The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
