Monsoon affecting extreme Northern Luzon; thunderstorms over Metro Manila

Isolated thunderstorms are forecast for Metro Manila and other parts of the country, except for the Batanes group of islands, where the Southwest Monsoon is expected to bring occasional rains, PAGASA said in early morning bulletin Thursday morning.

 

"Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Extreme Northern Luzon and coming from the southeast to south over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate," PAGASA also said.  — ELR, GMA News
