WATCH: OPPO teases edgeless display to rival Samsung Galaxy Edge series

OPPO, known for its razor-thin smartphones, may now be working on devices with so-called "edgeless" displays to rival Samsung's Galaxy Edge devices.

 

OPPO teased the new edgeless-display phones, in recent videos, though it withheld further details for now.

 

"It may be too early to draw any conclusions for now, but one thing seems almost certain—the future phone we’ve been seeing in form of concept art is well on its way to becoming real," it said.

 

"And if the phone looks anything like the pictures, it’s definitely worth the wait!" it added.

 

OPPO earlier made the R5, which measures a razor-thin 4.85 mm. It also made the N3 smartphone with a swivel camera. — Joel Locsin/TJD, GMA News
