Undo this electronic bra with a clap of your hands

Women having a hard time unhooking their bras at the end of a long day might want to do so with just a clap of the hands—thanks to this Arduino-controlled undergarment.

"Sounds like it's totally worth it for a novelty brassiere. Good luck!" said Jezebel.com, including a list of components and a link to step-by-step instructions.

Among the components one would need for the project are transistors, resistors, a microphone, an electret microphone, and a spare USB cable.

The Huffington Post, for its part, said the electronic bra could come in handy if the wearer likes to multitask, but also drew up scenarios where wearing it would be a bad idea.

"Perhaps this technology would make sense if the wearer has a clap-off light and likes to multitask. However, this technology definitely would not make sense at a concert, sporting event or any other setting prone to rounds of applause," it said. — TJD, GMA News
