Meet Ashley, Manila Zoo's new baby tiger

The Zoological Division of the Manila Zoo has announced the arrival of a new tiger born in captivity, according to a report on GMA News TV's Unang Balita. 

The adorable cub was named "Ashley" because it was born on Ash Wednesday, March 1.

The head of the division said that caretakers have had to nurse the cub themselves, as its mother could not breastfeed.

Ashley had a twin, which sadly did not survive long after birth. — GMA News
