DOST's Planetarium in Mindanao to offer free admission from Nov. 27 - Dec. 1
Space enthusiasts in Mindanao will now have an opportunity to see the wonders of the universe up close for free!
In celebration of the National Science and Technology Week 2024, the MPRSD Planetarium of the DOST-PAGASA in El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental offers free admission from November 27 until December 1.
“Don’t miss this golden opportunity to embark on a cosmic journey and explore the wonders of the universe—at no cost!” MPRSD said in an announcement.
The offer will be on a first-come, first-served basis with only 100 persons allowable per session.
“Bring your friends and family, and let's reach for the stars together!” the announcement said.
The National Science and Technology Week is a celebration of science, technology, and innovation conducted by the Department of Science and Technology annually.
For the year 2024, the theme is “Siyensya, Teknolohiya at Inobasyon: Kabalikat sa Matatag, Maginhawa, at Panatag na Kinabukasan”, and will be hosted by Cagayan de Oro City. —Jiselle Anne Caducian/LDF, GMA Integrated News
