Naaalala n’yo pa ba na minsan nang nangarap si Patricia Javier na maging beauty queen nang sumali siya sa Binibining Pilipinas noong 1998? Hindi man pinalad na manalo, ‘yon naman ang naging tiket niya para makapasok sa showbiz at makagawa ng sariling pangalan.

Dalawampung taon ang lumipas at matapos magkapamilya, hindi pa rin binitawan ni Patricia ang kaniyang pangarap. Kaya’t naisip niyang sumali sa Mrs. Universe at sa pagkakataong ito, nasungkit na niya ang korona bilang ‘Mrs. Universe Philippines 2019.’ Nakatakda niyang i-represent ang Pilipinas sa darating na Mrs. Universe pageant sa South Africa ngayong Agosto.

Do you still remember that Patricia Javier once dreamt of becoming a beauty queen when she joined the Binibining Pilipinas in 1998? Though she failed to bring home the crown, it became her ticket to a career in showbiz and gave her the opportunity to build a name for herself.

Twenty years and a-husband-and-two-kids later, Patricia never let go of her dream. So, she joined the Mrs. Universe and this time, she took home the crown as ‘Mrs. Universe Philippines 2019’ and is set to represent the country in the Mrs. Universe pageant in South Africa this August.
