Mash-up dishes, tampok sa 'Pinas Sarap'!

Mahilig ba kayo sa lutong Pinoy pero gusto niyo ring tumikim ng international cuisine? Pwedeng pwede ‘yan matikman ng sabay dahil ngayong Martes sa Pinas Sarap, pagsasamahin ang linamnam ng mga putaheng Pilipino at sarap ng international dishes.

Ang paborito nating Kare-Kare at Sisig, bibigyan ng Mexican twist sa Kare-Kare Burrito at Sisig Tacos.

 

 

Dahil tag-ulan na, uso na ulit humigop ng mainit at masarap na sabaw ng Sinigang at Bulalo.

Pero ang ipatitikim namin, may additional Korean flavors--- ang Kimchinigang at Bulalo Bibimbap.

 

 

Isa sa favorite Pinoy almusal ang Tocino at Silog. Bibigyan natin 'yan ng bagong bihis--- Japanese style! Tikman na ang Tocino Maki at Tornado Silog with Okonomiyaki Sauce.

 

 

Bago sumabak sa taping ng Voltes V, ipatitikim at ituturo muna sa atin ni Ysabel Ortega ang recipe ng kanyang paboritong dessert na French Éclair. Pero this time, mas pinasarap at mas ginawang abot-kaya ng Maruya.

Are you into different flavors of local and international foods? This Tuesday on Pinas Sarap, let us discover the world of fusion dishes of well-loved Pinoy recipes combined with international cuisines. Our favorite Kare-Kare and Sisig will be given a Mexican twist with Kare-Kare Burrito and Sisig Tacos. The rainy season is on, and the best way to spend the rainy days is with a hot bowl of Sinigang or Bulalo soup. Our version is made richer by Korean flavors--- Kimchinigang and Bibimpab Bulalo. One of the Pinoy go-to breakfasts is Tocino and Silog but this time with a Japanese twist. Taste our delicious Tocino Maki and Tornado Silog with Okonomiyaki Sauce. Before she embarks on her Voltes V filming, Ysabel Ortega will teach us her favorite dessert recipe, the French Éclair but this time made more flavorful and affordable with Maruya.
