Ang buwan ng Mayo hanggang Setyembre ang tinuturing na "Avocado Season" sa Pilipinas. At nakaugalian na nating kainin ang prutas na ito bilang panghimagas.
Lalagyan lang ng gatas at yelo, ready to eat na ang avocado. Pero may mga kababayan tayo na nakaisip ng paraan kung paano ito i-level up at gawing negosyo. Katulad na lang ng Avocado Lovers. Ginawang ice cream ang avocado saka pinasarap pa ng iba't ibang toppings.
May iba rin na nakaisip gawin itong cake--- ang Avocado Carousel na gawa sa apat na klase ng avocado cake at ang Frozen Brazo De Mercedes.
