Tikman ang iba pang ipinagmamalaking putahe ng Bohol ngayong Huwebes sa Pinas Sarap!



Bohol ang topmost producer ng ube sa buong Pilipinas.  At kapag mga luto ng ube ang usapan, hindi mawawala ang mga variety ng minatamis gaya ng ube halaya o di kaya’y binignit o ang Bol-anon version ng ginataang halo-halo.

Sa ibang kainan naman sa Bohol, ini-level up ang sarap ng ube! Ilan sa paandar nilang ube dishes ang Purple Yam Chicken Breast, Silky Creamy Yam Seafood Soup at Ube Kinampay Pasta Carbonara.



Subukan rin ang torta at kinatloan, mga tinapay na madalas lang ihain noon sa mga fiesta, na ngayo’y paboritong pasalubong item na.
