What’s Jessica Soho’s wish for 2013?

She may be one of the most successful broadcast journalists in the Philippines, but even Kapuso anchor Jessica Soho has a number of New Year’s wishes for 2013. After the hashtag #MyWishin2013 became a trending topic on Twitter in the Philippines last December 31 and January 1, the GMA Public Affairs magazine “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” or “KMJS” interviewed a number of Filipinos about their wishes for the new year. Forty-two-year-old Aling Imelda from Balintawak, for example, wished for a new pair of dentures so she could once again kiss her beloved husband.  Another “KMJS” viewer named Ellah even got his wish to meet Brapanese model-actor Daniel Matsunaga. After the episode, the Twitter account and Facebook page of “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” were barraged with more wishes of people from all walks of life. Some wishes were simple, while others were deep. Some wished for a better life, closer family ties, even love.  Other wishes were far fetched, but not impossible. One particular wish stood out to the staff of “KMJS.”  Facebook user Mil Martinez posted this wish on the show’s Facebook page: Today, his wish will be granted!
