Sa probinsya ng Bicol, may isang bulkang mas payapa kaysa Mt. Mayon. Ito’y isang kahanga-hangang biyaya dahil sa makakapal na gubat at 'di mabilang na bukal nito. Tahanan ng maraming uri ng ibon at mga hayop na sa Pilipinas lang matatagpuan ang Mt. Isarog, ang bulkan sa puso ng Camarines Sur. Ilang siglo na ang lumipas mula nang ito’y huling pumutok. At sa katahimikan nito matatagpuan ang mga kuwento ng kasaysayan ng Bicol.

 

Ano ang itinatago ng rumaragasang tubig ng Balang Falls? Ano ang nasa ilalim ng malawak na lupain ng Isarog? Sa iba’t-ibang butas, sa malakas na agos ng ilog, sundan ang landas na nagsisimula sa gubat patungo sa mga tahanan.
